The third alleged Big Bird bandit has made a stylish exit after her first appearance in court – although perhaps not with quite the swagger of her co-accused.

A woman charged over the theft of a valuable Big Bird costume has appeared in court for the first time.
Amelia Margaret Hurt, 20, of Woodville fronted the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday in relation to the theft of the $160,000 costume from a Sesame St- themed circus in April.
She was charged in July, a fortnight after her two alleged co-accused, Tasman Binder, 22, from Murray Bridge and Cody Alain Milne, 26, from Norwood, fronted court.
Her arrest came after police reviewed CCTV and released images of the woman asking she come forward or that someone dob her in.
She is yet to plead to a basic count of dishonestly dealing with property without consent.
The court heard she worked as a hotel receptionist and asked a curfew imposed as part of her bail conditions be withdrawn because it “interfered with the hours” she was able to work.
Prosecutors did not object to the curfew being removed.
Ms Hurt did not speak during brief hearing, or outside court but walked straight to a waiting car.
She is yet to plead to a basic count of dishonestly dealing with property without consent.
Her co-accused are each charged with an aggravated count of dishonestly taking property without consent.
It’s alleged the costume was stolen from the Sesame Street Spectacular Circus at Bonython Park between 4.30pm on Sunday, April 18 and 8m30am on Monday, April 19.
The costume was returned to Bonython Park two days later with an apology note left inside the bird’s beak signed by the self-style ‘Big Bird bandits’.
The note assured that “no harm” had come to the costume and that Big Bird was “a great guy”.
“We are so sorry!!! We had no idea what we were doing, or what our actions would cause,” the letter began.
We were just having a rough time and were trying to cheer ourselves up.
“We had a great time with Mr Bird. He’s a great guy and no harm came to our friend.
“Sorry to be such a big birden (sic)!
“Sincerely, the Big Bird Bandits.”
Two men, Tasman Binder, 22 from Murray Bridge, and Cody Alain Milne, 26, from Norwood, are also accused of stealing the Big Bird costume from the Sesame Street Spectacular circus at Bonython Park.
In recent court appearances the pair made headlines, not for their alleged crime but for their fashion choices – both rocking stylish 70s fashion and co-ordinated strut.
Prosecutors asked her case be adjourned to the same date in November as her co-accused.
