A 51-year-old man has died following an alleged assault at a northern suburbs McDonald’s restaurant.

A 51-year-old man has died two days after an alleged assault at a northern suburbs fast food restaurant.
Emergency services were called to a McDonald’s on Elizabeth Way about 10.15pm on Sunday.
The victim, 51-year-old Thawng Hu from Para Hills West, sustained a head injury and was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition.
He died in hospital on Tuesday.
Following an investigation, a 35-year-old man from Elizabeth Grove, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault causing harm.
He was bailed to appear in Elizabeth Magistrates Court in March.
While the men are not known to each other, the assault is not considered to be a random incident.
Further charges may be laid and investigations are ongoing.

It comes as a man has been charged with assaulting police in Port Augusta on Tuesday night.
Police were patrolling the Port Augusta CBD when they spoke to a man in Mackay St who allegedly breached his bail conditions.
Police allege the man became aggressive and assaulted two officers, who sustained facial and head injuries.
The officers were taken by ambulance to Port Augusta Hospital and have since been released.
A 28-year-old man from the APY Lands was arrested and charged with breach of bail, two counts of assault prescribed emergency service worker and resist police.
He was refused police bail and will appear in the Port Augusta Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, a teen was shot at a charity-run youth accommodation facility at Kurralta Park on Sunday.
The 19-year-old local man was found standing on the balcony at the Anglicare units with a wound to his stomach around 2.30am.
His injuries are considered non-life threatening and investigations into the incident are underway.
