A Kent Town man will face court after allegedly threatening staff at a CBD business with a knife.
About 3.30am Sunday, police were called to a business on North Tce after reports a man who had been recently removed from a premises by security was threatening staff with a knife.
Police allege the man did not present the knife, a 26cm-long wooden-handled Winchester, when he threatened staff but the knife was seen in his possession.
No one was injured.
The man left the business when police were called, before he was arrested on Hindley St, where he had tried to hide the blade under street furniture.
A 45-year-old Kent Town man was charged with carry offensive weapon and given a three-month barring order from the business.
He was expected to be granted police bail on Sunday to face the Adelaide Magistrates Court at a later date.
