THINGS are starting to get spicy — and we like a bit of heat.

The NT News’ 120 Most Powerful Territorians list is inching closer to the top each day and no doubt are people starting to get scared.

Numbers 100 to 81 were revealed exclusively right here on ntnews.com.au yesterday, featuring former No. 1 Tracey Hayes at No. 90.

Today, we reveal numbers 80-61 below. There are a few familiar faces in this bracket, including Clare Martin, Quentin Kilian, Joel Morrison and Simon Smith who are playing musical chairs.

The all-encompassing NIMBYs are back with more attitude than ever.

They’ve been out in force in recent months, watching with glee as the proposed RSL on the Esplanade development crashed and burned.

No doubt they will continue to rise with social media giving them a platform to be louder than ever, and there’s no stopping them from protesting their way to No. 1.

A new face on the list is CLP Member for Braitling Joshua Burgoyne, a rising star in Territory politics who won the hearts of Centralian voters in the recent NT general election.

The List will count down to Numbers 1 & 2 who will be revealed on Friday, December 18.
