The second stage of a $40 million retirement village at Flagstaff Hill Golf Club has been given the green light by Onkaparinga Council.
Living Choice is building the first integrated golf course and retirement village in SA along Memford Way.
The second stage consists of a new clubhouse with a restaurant, cafe, hair salon, cinema and pool as well as 123 apartments.
The first stage of the development – 42 villas – began construction on the former practice fairway in June.
It is expected to be completed by March next year.
At the time, Living Choice director Ian Tregoning said he hoped the development would become a showpiece for the state.
“We want Living Choice Flagstaff Hill to be the hub of the community and we’re excited to be on our way,” Mr Tregoning said.
