The last of the "drug addicted fools" has been sentenced for his role in terrorising their dealer and stuffing her in a car boot in a terrifying abduction.

A man repeatedly spat at and threatened to urinate on his drug dealer after she was kidnapped at gunpoint for “ripping people off”, a court heard.

Peter Slavin-Molloy, 42, was jailed in the District Court on Tuesday, after the woman’s desperate calls from a car boot led to his arrest.

His accomplices Tuesday Holly Thomas, 35, Jayden Paul Casey, 28, and Joel Williams, 39, were jailed in June last year over their roles in the terrifying joint enterprise.

During sentencing, the court heard the victim, Jennifer Susan Thomas agreed to meet Williams at Para Hills McDonald’s on June 12, 2020.

Casey and Williams got into Jennifer’s car and Casey held a small handgun to the back of her head and forced her to drive.

They called Tuesday who said “bring the putrid mutt here” and Jennifer was taken to a Elizabeth Park address.

The group started taking videos and photos of her, trying to force her to apologise to all the people she had “ripped off”.

The court heard Tuesday punched Jennifer to her face, while Slavin-Molloy repeatedly spat at her and told her he was going to urinate on her.

Jennifer was tied up, gagged and a dog lead placed around her neck.

“She was made to get into the boot of the car … at one point she fell unconscious,” Judge Liesl Kudelka said.

The court heard when Jennifer woke up she called 000 on a phone she had hidden in her pants.

“She told the operator she had been bashed up and put in the boot, unfortunately that operator did not believe her and hung up,” Judge Kudelka said.

Jennifer called again and the second operator believed her.

A short time later, patrols attended the Elizabeth Park house where they found Jennifer still tied up in the boot.

She was taken to the Lyell McEwin Hospital and treated for several injuries including a fractured eye socket.

The court heard the group engaged in “vigilante justice” because Jennifer had spread false accusations that Casey sexually assaulted her friend.

Tuesday, of Elizabeth Park, Williams, of Valley View, and Casey, of Clearview, pleaded guilty to false imprisonment and various assault charges, while Casey and Williams also pleaded guilty to kidnapping.

Tuesday was sentenced to four years and six months jail, with a non-parole period of two years and four months.

Casey was sentenced to five years and seven months jail, with a non-parole period of two years and 10 months, while Williams was jailed for five years and three months, with the same non-parole period.

The court heard Slavin-Molloy, a father-of-four, used to score drugs off Jennifer and was under the influence of drugs at the time of the offending.

Jennifer, 40, of Black Forest, was sentenced for drug trafficking last year to two years and 11 months jail, with a non-parole period of 17 months.

The sentence was suspended on a $500, three year good behaviour bond.

Judge Kudelka said anyone watching the group's videos would see the trio as “small, immature and pathetic”.

“You really all do look like drug addicted fools,” she said.

“To get together as a group to terrorise another human being in the way you did was gutless.”

Slavin-Molloy, who pleaded guilty to kidnapping, assault and false imprisonment, was jailed for three years and 11 months, with a non-parole period of one year and eight months.

The sentence was backdated to September 10.
