Jaliron Kogoya has charge dropped over fatal Murray Mallee crash, still facing second charge
A man has appeared in court after a crash that caused the death of a 43-year-old father in May – where the most serious charge was dropped.

A man has appeared in court for the second time after he was charged with causing a crash that claimed the life of father of two Bruce Henderson.
Jaliron Kogoya appeared at the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Wednesday where a charge of causing death by dangerous driving was dropped against him.
A charge of aggravated driving without due care still stands against Mr Kogoya, with police alleging he caused the fatal crash.
Mr Kogoya was driving a Nissan sedan when police allege he caused a fatal crash between two other cars and a truck.
Mr Henderson, who was remembered by friends as a “lovely man” was killed in the fatal crash on May 18 at Paisley, near Blanchetown.
At the time, fellow golf players played a tribute match at the Victor Harbor Golf Course to remember the avid golfer.
Friends and colleagues of the 43-year-old also remembered the loving father and civil engineer as “family oriented” and “passionate”.
Mr Kogoya will next appear at the Adelaide Magistrates Court in January.
