While the pair met in October 2022, they didn’t start officially dating until March 1 2023.
Then they decided to jump all in and work together forming Team Watts at real estate agency Noakes Nickolas in February this year – where they’ve just had the best month of their careers.
“The transition was far more seamless than we anticipated,” Nadia said.
“We set boundaries pretty early on and respect these. We’re apart of the 4am club, crazy I know, however our mornings are our safe haven.
“Gym or walk, no phones, real estate (or) social media until 7am – this is our time.
“Life can get really serious and work can get really serious and obviously ours are so intertwined.
“Often we can feel like we’ve lived 40 Mondays in one day, so we make a conscious effort to remind ourselves that we get to do this together.”
Zac said his life with Nadia was “like a movie” and from their first date he knew they had a unique connection.
“It was like meeting the girl version of me in every way, all I knew was that I wanted to see her again and as soon as possible,” he said.
Zac and Nadia not only work together, they also live together in a gorgeous home, they are renovating together.
“Our days are so fast-paced that the space we’ve created at home is calm with a lot of books and important pieces of furniture and art that has a lot of meaning to us,” Zac said.
