Every SA finalist for this year’s Annual REA Excellence Awards revealed

The SA finalists of the Annual REA Excellence Awards have been announced. Find out which local property professionals, developers and builders made the list.

South Australia’s 50 top performing South Australian real estate agents – from veterans to those at the early stages of their careers – have been recognised, as REA Group today announced the SA finalists for its 2022 Annual REA Excellence Awards (AREAs).

With more than 40 categories, and with a strong focus on innovation, marketing, service, wellbeing and community, the awards include submission-based categories, as well as top agent and campaign awards and is powered by realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au data.

Launched in 2016, the AREAS celebrate the hard work and success of those working in the property industry, and recognises the work they do in supporting Australians through their property journeys.

REA Group chief customer officer Kul Singh said the strength of the finalists was testament to the high level of professionalism across the industry.

“We’ve had yet another year of record submissions, with the number of submissions up more than 60 per cent compared to last year,” he said.

“We’re looking forward to celebrating another group of incredible property professionals who go above and beyond for their customers.

“We know 2022 was another significant year for the industry.

Prices up in some areas, down in others – it’s been an interesting year for SA’s real estate agents.

“I’m particularly looking forward to seeing who takes out the Contribution to Community award and our newest awards, the Rising Star Award and the Support Superstar of the Year.

“I would like to thank everyone who made a submission and I wish all our finalists the best of luck!”

The submission-based awards are judged by an independent judging panel.

Each finalist will receive personalised marketing assets, exposure across REA’s website and social channels, and recognition at the national awards night.

Award winners will secure an even larger suite of prizes, and will be announced at a national event on April 27.
