Pip Edwards has shown off her incredible figure while out and about at Sydney’s Camp Cove on Thursday, a week after she became embroiled in the ugly, on-camera stoush between her ex, Michael Clarke, and his current partner Jade Yarbrough.
The P.E Nation founder enjoyed a relaxing day at the beach in a fluorescent yellow bikini top and contrasting black bottoms, pairing the look with cat-eye sunglasses and a straw hat.
The 40-year-old, who is expected to attend the women’s final at the Australian Open this weekend, was dragged into Clarke and Yarbrough’s January 10 argument in Noosa when the latter accused the former Australian cricket captain of “f***ing” Edwards “on December 17”.
“You f**ked her, you’re a f***ing dog,” Yarbrough was filmed screaming at Clarke, slapping him in the face during the emotionally-charged blow-up, recorded by a bystander and obtained by The Daily Telegraph.
Clarke responds: “Baby you’re wrong, you’re wrong.”
It’s understood Edwards and Yarbrough had been in contact, sparking the confrontation between her and Clarke.
In a statement last Thursday, Edwards did not deny Yarbrough’s claims – instead taking a swipe at her 41-year-old ex, Clarke, who she dated between mid-2020 and late-2021, and saying she was unaware of the “debacle” in Noosa.
“This is not my circus. Yet again, Michael in his true nature has not taken responsibility for his actions and I was blatantly lied to,” she said.
Clarke, meanwhile, told The Daily Telegraph he was “absolutely gutted”.
“I accept full responsibility for this altercation and am shattered by my actions.”
The former couple, who attended a New Year’s Day bash at Sydney’s Icebergs restaurant, “actively avoided” each other while there, one attendee told news.com.au – just two weeks after they allegedly hooked up.
Police confirmed on Saturday that both Clarke and Yarbrough, who is yet to comment on the altercation, had been fined for creating a public nuisance and have now closed their case.
“Queensland Police have issued a 30-year-old Queensland woman and 41-year-old New South Wales man with Public Nuisance Infringement Notices, following an alleged incident between the pair depicted in footage at Lions Park on Gympie Terrace in Noosaville earlier this month,” Queensland Police told news.com.au.
“No other offences were detected during the investigation.
“There is no further information available and the investigation has been finalised.”
