Adelaide’s East End will soon welcome its newest restaurant, a “unique” fusion eatery set to deliver a “one-of-a-kind dining experience” to customers.
OZIN, led by owner Neeraj Kumar, boasts mouth-watering dishes on its “unforgettable” menu dedicated to authentic charcoal cooking – including char grilled salmon, golden baos and a number of different cuisines spanning from Asia to Mexico.
Mr Kumar, originally from India, said he had spent years crafting OZIN to perfection to help turn it into one of Adelaide’s “standout” destinations.
“OZIN is a celebration of the world’s flavours, all brought together with the incredible produce we have right here in South Australia,” he said.
“We want to create a space where everyone feels welcome, whether they’re here for a fine dining experience or a casual meal.
“This is our way of giving back to the community we love to serve – by creating something truly special that celebrates the city’s rich food culture and global connections.”
Inside its home at 6 East Terrace, OZIN’s menu will include a range of starters, small plates, mains, sides and “sweet treats” – ranging from rump steak served with red wine jus and roasted veggies, to a burnt basque cheesecake served with seasonal berries.
A chef’s selection tasting menu is also on offer for diners, while the drinks menu features South Australian wines and “expertly” curated cocktails.
