Gelato chain Bottega Gelateria announces third Adelaide store just in time for summer

Artisan crafters of Italian gelato Bottega Gelateria have announced it will open a third store in Adelaide’s inner-north.
Known for its authentic frozen delights, Bottega Gelateria has a store on Jetty Rd in Glenelg and at Henley Beach and is now expanding to Prospect.
The store announced on its Instagram page the new outlet opens in October, receiving an abundance of excited comments.
“We believe that making gelato is a lost art, left far too long in the hands of those who care more about shelf-life and shortcuts rather than an honest, simple and pure product,” Bottega Gelateria’s website states.
“The raw ingredients once used in real artisan gelato making are rarely seen in today’s industrialised world.”
Sixteen handmade flavours are made fresh daily using South Australian dairy products and produce, and nothing is artificial.
“We believe that in order to achieve five-star gelato we need to use five-star ingredients,” the website states.
“We are passionate believers that speed is the enemy of quality so we don’t believe in shortcuts.”
While an exact date and location have yet to be revealed, the store will be ready just in time for some hot summer weather.
