Homeboy
Gooey and warm with just a touch of crunch, the viral TikTok business lives up to every bit of its hype since introducing the cafe favourite last November.
Scrolls come in all tastes and textures: Persian love cake scrolls generously slathered in glaze and sprinkled with rose petals and crushed pistachios, hot cross scrolls dribbled with glaze and of course, the staple cinnamon scrolls that have had people flocking from TikTok to the store front.
The sweetest part? The scrolls are all baked by “homeboy’s” mother – lovingly dubbed “cinnamum”.

Leigh Street Bakehouse
Cheese scroll-ers, this one’s for you.
Leigh Street’s Mitey Cheese Scroll is every bit as mighty as it sounds, generously crisped with melted cheese, while the inner layer holds soft, warm layers of dough that melt on the tongue.
The flaky buttery exterior is baked until bubbling around the edges, with little bursts of melted cheese peeking through the folds.
With portions as big as the palm, this one’s the perfect pick-me-up for the winter.

Wildflour Creations
Wildflour Creations is a weekend hit – and for a reason.
The bakery is known for its unique Portuguese doughnuts and sprinkled cinnamon scrolls topped with various glazes. Running every weekend at their Grange bakery, along with regular pop-ups and appearances at various markets – Wildflour’s scrolls are only $6 and sell out, quite literally, like hot cakes.

Brown Barossa Donuts
Brown Barossa Donuts has become a staple cinnamon scroll destination – and we see why.
Thickly coated in sweet vanilla bean or cream cheese glaze with oh-so-tender insides, their cinnamon spice butter filling is really what takes their scrolls to the next level.
Customers flock from all over, some making the pilgrimage north from Adelaide to snag a taste of their infamous brioche dough that’ll have even the most cynical of sweet tooths caving in. Talk about a sweet-treat heaven.
