A well-known horse breeding property in Victoria’s leading equine district has been listed for sale. The property, which has bred several Group 1 winners, has an asking price of more than $4 million.

Sprawled across 100ha, the property is a premium, established equine holding.
Bill and Anne Anderson have called Lauriston Bloodstock home for the past 15 years and have celebrated many success during this time.
The Andersons have bred seven Group 1 winning horses, most of whom were foaled and or reared on the property.
The couple has also been named Breeders of the Year in Victoria, not once but twice and hold the Australian record for having sold their own yearling filly at auction for $160,000.
One of the biggest improvement’s on Lauriston is the local granite stone homestead which comprises of three bedrooms, plus extensive living, entertaining and garaging spaces.
