An elderly man has died after he was struck by a car in the northern suburbs on Friday night.
An elderly man has died after being struck by a car at Evanston Gardens last night.
Emergency services received reports of a serious collision on Brereton Rd on Friday, just before 8pm.
Sadly, the pedestrian, a 91-year-old man from Hillier, died at the scene.
Meanwhile, the 24-year-old Elizabeth Vale driver was not physically injured in the crash.
This tragic news comes after police advised the public of road closures on Brereton Rd between Farrow Rd and the Gawler Bypass while Major Crash investigators attended and examined the scene.
