Former Dusty’s Cafe site in Clifton up for grabs at offers to purchase
A unique opportunity on the border of two Darling Downs regions is hot on the market, with interest through the roof in its first week.
The site of a beloved cafe in a rural Darling Downs community is proving its worth having already received two offers in its first week on the market.
Dusty’s Cafe in Clifton closed its doors back in March with the more than 500sq m multipurpose space officially up for grabs.
Cafe aside, the property also boasts a unique layout with a separate office, meeting room and industrial workspace, giving potential buyers endless business opportunities.
Selling agent Tiani Fisher of Webster Cavanagh Toowoomba said they’ve had quite a bit of interest in the property with two offers already on the table.
Ms Fisher said there’s been a combined interest from investors and those looking to bring the cafe and workspace back to life.
“It’s a really great property and the current owners have put a lot of love into it,” she said.
The site at 48 Clark St also offers great visibility, located on the corner of a busy main street and includes a newly renovated bathroom.
Prospective buyers will have until June 27 to get their offer in, with the property expected to sell quickly.
