Emergency services are responding to reports of a serious crash which has left two women with head injuries.
Paramedics and a rescue helicopter are on scene of the crash on the Wide Bay Highway at Kimbombi, near Gympie.
A QAS spokesman said at 10.14am a car towing a caravan rolled off the highway and into a ditch.
He said paramedics were assessing three stable patients.
Two women in their 50s reportedly suffered head injuries and chest pain.
There was also a man being assessed and the rescue helicopter had just arrived on scene.
One person has since been taken to Gympie Hospital in a stable condition and another flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
