A 58-year-old man has died in a truck crash on the Stuart Highway on Saturday.
Northern Territory Police say initial investigations suggest the driver had hit a bull and veered off the road.
At 8.55pm emergency services received reports a truck had collided with a tree about 500m north of Emerald Springs, 192 km south of Darwin.
Investigations remain ongoing with police on scene of the crash.
The Stuart Hwy will be temporarily closed at the crash site for a duration of time this morning as further investigations are conducted, and the vehicle is retrieved.
The lives lost on Territory roads now stands at 11.
