PROVEN in the fields of Poland, one of Europe’s biggest grain producers, the Rolmako 6.2m folding Cambridge cultivation roller will soon be working the broad acres of Australia.
It is the star attraction at the Oz Value Ag Machinery display and is sure to grab the interest of local grain producers.
Designed for seedbed cultivation, this 4.3 tonne roller is tailored for breaking up dirt clods, smashing canola stubble and generally getting beds set for new crops.
It has an hydraulically adjustable crossboard and can be folded up to 2.8m from the cab for easy movement around the farm. Its roller rings are made of ductile cast iron and it features linkage pull drawbar.
Although it is the first Rolmako 6.2m roller imported by Oz Value Ag Machinery, which deals direct with farmers, the company is confident its design and sturdy engineering will appeal to Australian farmers.
Oz Value Ag Machinery,, has offices in Ballarat and Kingaroy, Queensland and claims that by dealing direct it cuts out a layer of cost and avoids heavy overheads.
The Rolmako 6.2m folding Cambridge roller is listed at $27,000 (+ GST).
Although it is not yet in the country, the company is also taking orders for a 9m version.
