The 4-ingredient Baileys condensed milk fruit cake

As the label reads, this is one super-simple, super-creamy fellow. With just four ingredients – mixed dried fruit, a tin of condensed milk, some Baileys (if you don’t enjoy it all first) and finally some self-raising flour – it’s both incredible easy to prepare (read: not overwhelming to beginners) and it’s also absolutely decadent on the palette.

How do you make this Christmas fruit cake for beginners?

In a large bowl mix your dried fruit, Baileys and condensed milk and refrigerate overnight. The next day, after the mixture has reached room temp, fold through the flour and then pour the mixture into the cake tin. Allow it to bake and voila.
