One-pan feta roast potatoes: your new fav!
If you’re familiar with the cooking process of the viral feta pasta, this recipe method will definitely ring some bells! For those who aren’t, don’t worry. It’s one of the easiest recipes around. All you need to do is place your block of feta in the middle of an oven dish and put your ingredients around it. As the cheese melts, it seeps into the fluffy potatoes and creates a rich, slightly salty flavour. Yum!
Is it weeknight friendly?
Who said that roast potatoes are limited to weekend dinners and entertaining? Not on our watch! These trendy taters take just 10 minutes to prepare and, because they’re in one pan, you save so much time washing up.
A lot of roast potato recipes call for you to cook them in boiling water first to soften them. We know how much time that adds on for busy cooks, so we used baby potatoes in this recipe to make sure they cook faster.
Ahhh roast potatoes, we love you.
Just because we will never get tired of eating them, it doesn’t mean we can’t find new, incredible ways to roast potatoes. We’re always on the lookout for ingredients that will make them even tastier, but we think we’ll struggle to find something that tops feta.
