Scotch eggs
The scotch egg is a traditional British recipe often enjoyed at picnics, pubs, parties or as a snack.
They feature a hard-boiled egg, wrapped in mince meat (we used pork sausages in our recipe) and a coating of breadcrumbs.

‘Boiled’ eggs
Is there anything an air fryer can’t do?
Don’t worry about boiling water and trying to guess how many minutes you need.
Start by placing the eggs gently into the air fryer basket and cook at 120C.
Then use a large spoon to lift the eggs out of the basket and transfer to a bowl of cold water for two minutes.
You’re well on your way now.

Preheat the air fryer to 180C.
Place the chicken and bacon on the air fryer rack. Cook for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside to cool slightly. Slice the chicken and chop the bacon.
