HIGH COUNTRY SMOKEHOUSE

I like to buy meat and smoked goods from Gerry at High Country Smokehouse. He is a switched on and passionate artisan. “Emu gelami”, his cooked version of salami, is fantastic on antipasto plates, and I love his smoked scallops.
