Luxury travel company Belmond has released its third cookbook, Campania: Recipes & Wanderings Across Italy’s Polychromatic Coast, this time spotlighting the cuisine and culinary communities of Campania through a mix of technicolour travel photography, stories from regional suppliers and classic southern Italian recipes. Chef Paul “Yoda” Iskov worked in some of the world’s best restaurants before founding Indigenous food pop-up, Fervor. Last year, the food collective took the concept to guests of The Ritz-Carlton, Perth for a degustation at Hearth restaurant, followed with a series of bespoke luxury food itineraries in remote parts of Western Australia. Barbecue lovers are in good hands at this year’s Vivid Fire Kitchen, as the world’s top pit masters, chefs and barbecue experts descend on Ultimo’s The Goods Line for a “Fire and Spice”-themed line-up. Meanwhile, fine-dining fans can get a taste of London at Vivid’s Chef Series events. James Lowe of St John Bread & Wine will join Mat Lindsay for a three-night takeover at Ester in Chippendale, while Claude Bosi, of two-Michelin-starred Brooklands and Bibendum, will team up with Brent Savage for two indulgent nights at Eleven Barrack in the CBD.
