A LUTANA man has been charged over the alleged arson of a unit, following multiple arson attempts in the same complex earlier this week.
On Monday, emergency services attended a unit complex on Risdon Rd, Lutana, after multiple attempts were made to burn down a unit.
Yesterday, around 3.30pm, Tasmania Police and Tasmania Fire Service were called to the same complex on Risdon Rd, Lutana, for another unit fire.

The unit neighboured the unit that was subject to two arson incidents on Monday, which are still subject to a police investigation.
A 27-year-old Lutana man has been charged with one count of arson, following the incident yesterday afternoon.
