Police have reason to believe the person responsible for firing a bullet into a house at the weekend was intentionally targeting the people inside.

At 8.37pm on Sunday, police were called after a single shot was fired into a house on Allardyce Ave, Goodwood.

No one was injured.

Police say initial investigations indicated it was a targeted attack and there are no immediate safety concerns for the wider community.

Anyone who observed any suspicious persons and/or vehicles in the area of Allardyce Ave,

Goodwood between 8.20pm and 8.40pm, is asked to come forward.
