Tasmanian football royalty is set to be wheeled out across the state for the launch of the state’s AFL team on Monday night.
Across the six official launch locations, the game’s biggest names will be there to mark a new piece of footballing history.
AFL chief executive Andrew Dillon is expected to be in attendance at Devonport alongside Emma Humphries, Matthew Richardson, Kent Jackson and Jasmyn Thompson.
Jack Riewoldt, who has been front and centre of the club since his retirement, will be in Launceston.
Hobart will have its own power quartet including Jess Wuestschner, Rodney Eade, Andrew Hopwood and Priya Bowering.
In addition to four speakers at the launch sites, it’s understood four athletes will be present to unveil the club’s official jumper.
Tonight’s launch will also see foundation memberships made available for just $10.
