Estimated for completion in 2026, the boutique tower will offer 44 residences, including two, three, and four-bedroom homes, each boasting 3m-high ceilings and 985 sqm of resident amenity spaces.

How could the property market perform into 2024?

Aria Property development director Brent Liddell said Casamia would build on the success of TreeHouse.

“Despite the challenges facing the construction industry, Aria Property remains steadfast in its mission to provide iconic homes to the residents of Brisbane, contributing to the housing supply in any way we can,” Mr Liddell said.

Rooftop amenities in the development include an infinity pool, wellness features like hot and cold magnesium baths and a sauna, and an exclusive residents’ lounge and private dining room.

The project has a strong sustainable living focus, with the provision for electric vehicle chargers to be installed and an electric Mercedes EQC available for residents to use as part of its building-only car-sharing program.
