Three men at large following armed robbery over trail bikes in Clarendon Vale

Police are hunting for three men following an aggravated armed robbery in Clarendon Vale.

POLICE are on the hunt for three men who allegedly threatened a Clarendon Vale resident with a firearm during a home invasion.

Shortly after midnight on Saturday police were called to attend a Clarendon Vale address in relation to an aggravated armed robbery. Tasmania Police said it appeared three males had forced their way in.

They then threatened the occupant with what was believed to be a firearm and then stole two trail bikes.

One bike was described as a yellow Suzuki RM85 with “69” stickers on the front and sides, and the other a yellow child’s Suzuki JR50, with a blue seat.

Minor damage was caused to the residence. However, no one was injured during the incident. The offenders and the stolen motor bikes remain at large.
