“I still pinch myself that I get to be a mum,” she revealed to the Mercury.

“We needed IVF to get both our boys. I have severe endometriosis and a few other health issues and it was pretty tough.”

“Finally we got Patrick. I didn’t believe we’d have any further baby luck but my beautiful friend, Irena Nikakis, opened her clinic (Fertility Tasmania) and she had Tommy in my arms in no time.”

Tommy is known by loved ones as a cheeky and determined sweetheart who loves dancing, running around and playing a game of peekaboo.

“I’d love to think that seeing Tommy’s little face in the paper gives hope to others going through fertility treatment.” said mum Kate.
