Travellers Zoe, Katrina and Ayu will have a special keepsake of their time looking over the iconic Neck of Bruny Island thanks to a souvenir panorama poster of the spot to be inserted in today’s Mercury.
Ayu Nuarida from Yogyakarta, Indonesia said the poster of the Neck did the landscape justice, which she said was a beautiful spot in a beautiful state.
Travelling on a working holiday visa, she said she hopes to stay in Tasmania for as long as possible.
“My favourite spot is Hobart … because of the hills and the river that seems like the sea. That’s my dream place.”
Zoe Anderson and Katrina Kelly, from Scotland, picked Ms Nuarida up on her way to the Neck from the Bruny Island Cheese Co.

Ms Anderson and Ms Kelly were visiting the island just for the weekend. They have both lived in Freycinet National Park.
“The poster was beautiful, we’re going to keep it as a souvenir,” Ms Anderson said.
