Following her sellout shows in October, chart-topping singer Amy Shark will return to Hobart in January next year for her new national regional tour Songs and Stories.
The ARIA-award-winning singer-songwriter announced her 20-date tour on Tuesday, beginning in Kalgoorlie, WA, on Thursday, January 16.
Her one Tasmanian stop at the Odeon Theatre on January 31, 2025, is timed just right for summertime revellers.
The tour is set to be a pared-back version of similar tours, including her most recent Sunday Sadness tour, performed entirely acoustically and accompanied by “supporting, emotional and honest stories for every song”.
Shark was last in Hobart on October 19 at Mac02 for the Tasmanian leg of the Sunday Sadness tour.
Queensland songwriter Amelie Farren will perform as the supporting act at all of the tour’s shows.
Tickets go on sale at 10am on Wednesday, December 18.
