Anthony Albanese will be sworn in today as Prime Minister before scrambling to a high-powered summit to meet United States President Joe Biden tomorrow. 

As outgoing prime minister Scott Morrison choked back tears when he addressed fellow church goers on yesterday morning in Sydney, Mr Albanese was preparing to jet off to Tokyo for the Quad leaders’ summit.
