Paramedics were called to the property at Cawarral about 7.57pm Friday and found the woman with “significant life-threatening injuries”.

On Saturday morning police confirmed a report would be prepared for the Coroner after the woman died.

A man with a head injury was also checked on scene and taken to Rockhampton hospital in a stable condition.
