Young man critical after motorbike and car crash in Beerwah
A young motorcyclist has been left with life-threatening injuries after a collision with a vehicle on the Sunshine Coast.

A man in his 20s has been rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries following a crash between a motorcycle and a vehicle in Beerwah on Friday night.
Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Roys Rd and Mawsons Rd at 7.50pm.
Paramedics treated the young man for severe head and groin injuries before taking him to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
A man in his 70s, who was also involved in the crash, was looked over by paramedics but declined transport to hospital.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman confirmed officers attended the scene.
“Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the crash,” the spokesman said.
