South East Queensland-based developer-builder Gardner Vaughan Group (GVG) is aiming to repeat the community approach to life with its Estilo on the Park project at Chermside as it achieved with the adjacent Estilo on Kittyhawk development.
Estilo on Kittyhawk was completed in 2018 with GVG pleased with the community created at the development.
GVG director Sam Gardner said a fantastic community had been built in the adjoining development and the intention was to embrace this in Estilo on the Park.
“Our legacy is the communities we help create,” he said.
“We are driven by one core value at GVG; care for our people, our staff, our partners, and especially, those who live in our communities.”
Mr Gardner said from the very beginning, GVG had welcomed people to live a convenient and vibrant lifestyle in a community that encouraged inclusion and belonging.
“At the heart of our practices, the livelihoods of all GVG members remains a key central principle,” he said.
“Our GVG connect events are a valued opportunity to connect, listen and share in your lifestyle, fostering a genuine spirit of community.
“Estilo on Kittyhawk has paved the way in developing and continuing these regular community events and strong bonds between their residents. Therefore, we intend to build this bond by hosting and encouraging these get-togethers and fostering community spirit within Estilo on the Park.
“This has developed to regular monthly get-togethers of like-minded residents enjoying each other’s company and becoming lifelong friends.
“A community starts by ensuring that the buyers in the development fit in well and it’s something we are passionate about at Gardner Vaughan Group, ensuring each of our developments build a long-lasting community where residents can enjoy each other’s company and they feel safe.”
Estilo on the Park is a three-stage development with 122 apartments.
Three separate towers are connected by a central recreational area and pool, adjacent to the 73ha 7th Brigade Park with Queensland’s largest shopping centre, Westfield Chermside, across the road.
Stages one and two – Lujosa and Belleza – will be completed next month with stage three – Esencia – set to be finished in February next year.
The development has floorplans with between one and five bedrooms together with a skyhome apartment on the top level of Esencia.
Eight apartments remain for sale within Esencia priced between $1.269m and $3.25m.
Features include a rooftop recreational area with indoor and outdoor dining, a podium level pool with barbecue zones and herb gardens and ground floor retail.
