Commuters on Brisbane’s northside have faced delays after a three-vehicle crash, involving a truck, in Brisbane’s Airport Link tunnel this morning.

Emergency services were called to the crash between two cars and a truck on the southbound lane at the on-ramp to the Clem 7 tunnel near Bowen Bridge Rd at Windsor at 6.43am.

One man has been taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition after being treated for neck injuries on scene.

While traffic in the tunnel cleared fairly quickly, there were significant delays on Gympie Road southbound between Chermside and the entrance to the tunnel at Stafford.

All queues have since cleared.
