Common selling myths … busted

Garry Casey has witnessed a lot of growth in his home suburb of Woodroffe.

As he prepares to make the move south, Mr Casey has reflected on his time in the Palmerston area since moving there in 1994.

“When I moved here there weren’t many houses there — it was sort of a new suburb being developed,” he said.

“Now it’s fully developed and nothing is spare.”

Mr Casey said he was very sad to be leaving the area.

“It’s been really good living here,” he said.

“It’s a quiet neighbourhood and is very friendly.”

Mr Casey’s property is at 24 Broadarrow Cct, Woodroffe is now up for sale, with the agent open to all offers.

“It’s a three-bedroom and you’ve got the spa, solar and a fully-fenced backyard,” he said

“It would be a good for a young family to start them off.”
