Woman flown to Melbourne, two others in Geelong hospital after Queenscliff water incident

Three people are in hospital following a suspected diving incident near Queenscliff.

Three people are in hospital following a suspected diving incident near Queenscliff.

One woman, in her 40s who suffers with a medical condition, has been flown to the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne while two other people have been taken to Geelong Hospital.

It’s understood all were treated by paramedics at the Queenscliff Pier in a serious condition.

It’s still unclear where the trio been on the water before emergency crews were called.

An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said a number of units arrived after 1.40pm on Monday.
