When you brunch at Abundance, not only can you sit back with a coffee and a bite to eat, you can also wander through an adjoining homewares store. Cafe co-founders Hannah Lawson and Adrian Collinson’s philosophy combines clean eating with quality ingredients best described as “comfort food dressed up”. Here you can kick back with a vegan zucchini waffle for $20.50, or Tasmanian marinated mushrooms with avocado, walnuts, goats feta and fresh greens on locally baked ciabatta for $19.50.

This family-friendly eatery has a large menu catering to all tastes with regularly changing specials, all in the bustling atmosphere of Salamanca Square.
