SHAMBLES BREWERY

Afternoon Delight – SUMMER ALE

A light, hoppy drink, this beverage is easy-drinking, refreshing, and perfect for summer afternoons after a hard day’s work or even after doing nothing much at all.

A wildly popular drink, it is often a hit even with people who aren’t regular beer drinkers.

FOX FRIDAY

Bangarang Brown

Fox Fridays’ American-style brown ale is a great compromise between earthy pale ales and heavier, darker beers.

The superb Bangarang Brown blends a smooth caramel biscuit profile with touches of toffee, chocolate, and coffee, and the result is simply stunning.

DEVILS BREWERY

Kiss Me Hardy – UK IPA

An English-style India Pale Ale, traditionally brewed with bucket loads of malt hops, the Kiss Me Hardy is soft, rich, and well-balanced.

It has been very well received by the public, and is one of Devils Brewery’s most popular beers.

HOBART BREWING COMPANY

Xtra Tasmanian Pale Ale

Made with Tasmanian hops, the Xtra is so named because it is bigger and hoppier than regular beer. It pours a deep golden blend of floral, spice, and fruit hoppiness, and finishes with a firm and lingering bitterness and is available on tap and from February, in bottles.

Macquarie Point Red Shed, 16 Evans St, Hobart

MOO BREW

Single hop

Released in a can at the end of last year, Moo Brew’s Single Hop is 100 per cent Tasmanian, using Enigma hops from Bushy Park for floral characteristics and a dash of bitterness, and Tasmanian pale malt for body and a dry finish.

Available at many local establishments
