'I married my highschool sweetheart ... then we invited another woman to join the fun'

Nicole and her husband Justin were high school sweethearts who had been married for 20 years when they invited another woman into their relationship.

Polyamory: What are throuples and why do people get into them?

Two Florida women dubbed the “sister wives with a hunky hubby” are catching the attention of social media after revealing they share a husband after once being in a throuple together with the same man.

Nicole, Lauren, and their husband Justin were all in a polygamous relationship — or throuple — but now the two women proclaim themselves as “sister wives” after breaking up with one another, they shared on TikTok.

“We became sister wives and the love still grew,” a subtitle written over the video reads.

Nicole and Justin, who were high school sweethearts, had already been married for 20 years before Lauren came along to join the fun around seven years ago — assembling their polyamorous relationship.

Polygamy is the practice of being in a relationship with more than one spouse at a time.

The wives also reveal some other major pieces to the family — children that live with the trio.

Nicole shares three children with Justin while Lauren has two children of her own from a past relationship that she brought into the family.

"We still get jealous over petty things"

The initial throuple fell apart around four years ago after Nicole and Lauren separated, however, both women still chose to be in relationships with Justin.

“We still loved each other but not in that way anymore and that’s okay,” said the two women.

“We still get jealous over petty things because we're only human,” they added.

A happy Lauren and Nicole can be seen in the video taking turns holding hands with Justin before both flaunt their separate wedding rings and bright smiles.

Other videos posted to the trio’s TikTok gives a glimpse into what everyday life is like for the big happy family.

From showing viewers what bedtime is like — as Justin role plays how he sleeps with one wife one day then alternates with the other in their bedroom — to enjoying vacation time and partying together.
