Aussie shopper Ash has taken to TikTok to share her newest buy - Peter Alexander’s Maccas Backpack.
“So I officially cannot be trusted with money,” she said.
“Yes I bought it. I had to have it. It is so freaking cool.”
The viral bag retails for $39.95, and perfectly replicates the McDonald’s bags we know and love - with the addition of a snap button closure, backpack straps, and some internal pockets.
“I love it!”
Commenters on the post were obsessed with Ash’s purchase, saying they were planning to pick it up for themselves - if they hadn’t already.
“Frieeend!! I did not need to see this as an adult who shouldn't have adult money,” said one commenter on the video.
“Had to go buy it after I saw your video,” said another.
“Hahahaha now this is cool!!!!” another agreed.
“It’s different and I love it,” said another person.
It might be sold out, but…
Unfortunately, as commenters confirmed, the bag is already sold out online, and in many stores.
“Girl I went to every Peter Alexander and it’s all sold out - you’re lucky!!!! Hahaha,” said one disappointed shopper.
“I just went to buy one but apparently there is insufficient stock,” another shared.
However, if you’re still hoping to get your Macca’s fix, Peter Alexander has plenty more viral goodies where that came from, including pyjama sets for all ages, dressing gowns, hats, slippers and even a bandana for your dog.
TikTok creator @megmcdermott shared the full collection in a video to her page, which now has over 650 000 views.
