Kylie Jenner has launched yet another new business venture, using a sexy bikini video to unveil her latest product.
The celebrity entrepreneur has joined sister Kendall Jenner in the alcohol business, launching Sprinter, a range of vodka soda and juice ready to drink cans.
Kendall has a tequila brand, 818 Tequilla.
Sprinter which will be available for sale in the US from March 21 comes in four flavours – black cherry, peach, grapefruit and lime.
Each can contains 4.5 per cent alcohol, 100 calories and has no added sugar.
An eight-can variety pack will be available for US$20 (A$30) but there currently appears to be no plans to sell the drinks in other markets, including Australia.
“Sprinter is my answer to the growing consumer demand for quality canned cocktails — we’re adding to a market dominated by only a few players with an incredibly delicious vodka soda in a can,” Jenner said in a statement.
“Not only does Sprinter have a unique bold branding that captures the feeling of fun with your friends, it is also the best tasting vodka soda I’ve ever tried – and I’ve tried a lot.”
“I can’t wait for people to taste it for themselves,” she added.
To create Sprinter, Jenner worked with beverage development expert Chandra Richter, who has more than 20 years of alcohol industry experience.
“We held numerous tastings over the past year to ensure each of our four flavours are as natural and true-to-fruit as possible,” Ms Richter said.
Jenner is no stranger to business having launched her Kylie Cosmetics brand in 2014, followed by Kylie Skin, Kylie Baby, Kylie Swim and Khy, as fashion brand.
She also bought a stake in Glow Beverages, a sparkling vitamin water drink founded by US NFL star Dak Prescott in 2022.
In 2019 Forbes listed her as the world’s the youngest self-made woman billionaire.
While the Sprinter launch was generally received favourably by her fans, not all were impressed.
“Ok so Friday was clothing, Monday is perfume, Tuesday is Vodka soda, what garbage will they try to sell us tomorrow?” said one commenter on Instagram.
“Mediocre makeup brand, skin brand, baby brand, a clothing line that doesn’t make sense, a perfume and now this,” said another follower.
“I get it I do but why not just focus on one thing make it be able to stand on its own before starting something else.”
