Vandals cause a stir by pouring detergent in fountains

Queens Park visitors have been treated to some foamy fun after unidentified mischief makers poured detergent into the park’s fountains.

Vandals have poured detergent in the fountains at Queens Park, causing a bubbly mess.

Queens Park visitors have been treated to some foamy fun after unidentified mischief makers poured detergent into the park’s fountains, causing a bubbly mess.

The detergent appears to have been poured in the fountain about 9am Tuesday, with the bubble flooding Frogs Hollow.

The scene was clean by about 10am.

Toowoomba Regional Council has been made aware of the frothy phantoms, and are looking into the matter.
