A man has been taken into custody by police after an allegedly stolen vehicle crashed into a parked car in Toowoomba on Sunday.
Police will allege the vehicle, a Toyota Landcruiser reported stolen from a Yandilla property the previous day, was witnessed crashing into a car parked along Herries Street just before 9.30am.
Initial investigations suggest the vehicle left the scene, driving over a traffic island that deflated it tyres.
Police tracked the Landcruiser to the intersection of Long and Geddes streets in South Toowoomba, where a man was arrested without incident.
