Police search for missing Yelarbon woman
Police have launched a search and rescue for a 66-year-old Darling Downs woman who went missing on Christmas Eve.

A search and rescue operation is underway for a 66-year-old woman who has been reported missing from Yelarbon since Christmas Eve.
Pauline Steepe was last seen on Kaboon St in Yelarbon, 50km east of Goondiwindi, in the Darling Downs, around 2pm, Tuesday, December 24.
Police said her family is concerned for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.
She was last seen wearing a white top with floral prints and denim shorts, a statement from police said.
She is described as having a proportionate build, around 157cm tall, and has short gray hair.
Police are asking residents of Yelarbon to check their yards, properties and sheds for Ms Steepe, and are working with the State Emergency Service to search nearby areas on foot.
Anyone with information regarding Pauline’s whereabouts are asked to contact police.
