A man, aged in his 30s, is recovering after he was stabbed in a suspected act of domestic violence overnight.
Emergency services were called to a hotel in East Toowoomba at about 8pm on Wednesday.
According to the initial police report, the man suffered a small puncture wound to his abdomen that was not life threatening.
Paramedics transported the man to the Toowoomba Hospital and he is yet to provide a statement to police or make a complaint.
