Two Toowoomba drivers have appeared in the city’s Magistrates Court after recording breath/alcohol readings more than three times the legal in separate roadside breath tests.
* Jonathan Uriah Knowles, 56, of Toowoomba, was fined $1200 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver’s licence for nine months after pleading guilty in Toowoomba Magistrates Court this week to driving with a breath/alcohol reading of 0.182 on Murphys Creek Road, 9pm, September 22.
* Sameer Hussein Beeso Zandanan, 27, of Toowoomba, was fined $1100 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver’s licence for nine months after pleading guilty in Toowoomba Magistrates Court to driving with a breath/alcohol reading of 0.175 on Video Ave, Mt Lofty, on September 12.
