The manager of the Love Heart Adult Shop in Toowoomba would appreciate if these women returned to the store and paid for the items they are alleged to have stolen

The manager of Toowoomba’s Love Heart Adult Shop is keen to talk to two women caught on camera allegedly stealing $15 worth of sexual aids.

Ash W said the women came into the adult store about 3pm on Friday and purchased about $120 worth of items.

They are then alleged to have pocketed $5 tube of Uberlube and $10 tube nipple tingle balm

“They stole the two cheapest things,” Ash said.

CCTV video of the alleged offence has been posted to social media in an effort to identify the women – and scare off others who may incorrectly assume the store is a soft target.

While the staff at Love Heart Adult Shop pride themselves on offering customers a discreet place to buy fun toys for the bedroom, Ash said she does not extend that courtesy to thieves.

“We have been really on top of it since the last time someone stole from us,” she said.

“I don’t think people want their faces plastered on social media.”

In July 2020 a man stole a vibrator from the store but was caught when he returned to purchase a charger.

“We get a thrill out posting the videos.”

The video shows one woman distracting the staff member while a second stuffs the lube and nipple balm in her pants.

Anyone who knows the women is encouraged to phone the shop on 4613 0999.

The store staff reported the matter to police.
